Conceived as a whole, the interiors and outdoor areas are unified by their refined material palette. The muted materiality of the floors, walls and joinery ensures spaces will always reflect the individual personalities of residents. Sophisticated fixtures, tactile finishes and bold gestures—such as the marble-top kitchen island and fireplace—create a strong sense of belonging.

Ground floor gardens and upper-level balconies connect seamlessly to the interiors. Designed as ‘outdoor rooms’, these gardens and balconies embody the same sense of ease, intimacy and warmth as the living areas. The tones and textures chosen resonate with the interiors and emphasise the connection between the inner and outer spaces.

The Grange features Apex’s Serpegiante marble, sourced from Puglia, Italy. Warm, fine-grained and characterised by textural parallel veins, this finely honed stone is timelessly elegant.
